Our family started boating around Vancouver Island in the early 1980s — kids in life jackets, digging clams and catching fish for dinner. Grouse Island has been part of our family's mental landscape for decades; we just happened to become its stewards in 2024.
The island has had a lot of caretakers before us — Pidcocks, Dentons, Browns, and quieter owners since. We try to be worthy of being on that list.
Grouse Island is held by Grouse Island Resort Inc., a British Columbia corporation organized as a small ownership group under BC's timeshare framework. The owners are people who fully intend to steward the island for the generations to come.
All shares are currently allocated. We are not currently raising, and we are not seeking investors.
